ABORDAGEM FISIOTERAPÊUTICA NA SÍNDROME DE DOR FEMOROPATELAR: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Resumo


A Síndrome da dor femoropatelar é caracterizada por dor retropatelar ou dor peripatelar. O objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar a abordagem fisioterapêutica na síndrome de dor femoropatelar disponível na literatura científica entre 2005 e 2016. Foi realizada uma revisão de literatura na base de dados Pubmed, e a busca foi através do cruzamento dos descritores “exercício”, “tratamento” e “fisioterapia”, dos quais foram inclusos apenas artigos na língua inglesa e do período de 2005 a 2016. Foram inclusos 11 artigos que preenchiam os critérios de inclusão e foram excluídos 2.493 artigos no total, por apresentarem intervenção médica, atletas ou artigos em duplicidade. Evidências mostram que as terapêuticas mais utilizadas na síndrome de dor femoropatelar são exercícios isolados de cadeia cinética fechada ou associada a outros exercícios e fortalecimento muscular.
